Project overview
The architectural team were appointed at an early stage working with the developer and council to regenerate and create a new marina development at Gainsborough, Lincolnshire which includes residential, commercial and retail areas.
The development provides over 200 contemporary dwellings and the conversion of historic buildings such as the former Gainsborough school building providing unique work and live place environment.
