Max Design was appointed to prepare a feasibility study and planning stage for the conversion of a redundant Grade II listed derelict windmill.
A contemporary glazed single-storey extension would create the space for a community cafe and astronomy centre. The top of the building would provide the space for an observatory whilst protecting the historic features of the listed building to bring back a well know building back to use for the community.
