Project overview
The team was involved with the residential development consisting of 43 new build houses and the conversion of the former malt house to 48 apartments.
Design for the conversion incorporated a central glazed atrium which provided light to the communal area and accentuated the original retained features of the malt house. Acting as lead designer and coordinating with all disciplines to ensure fire safety whilst maintaining an open plan approach to residential living.
