Project overview
Max Design was appointed to carry out design work and submit planning and listed building consent for the sensitive conversion of the historic and prominent grade ii listed Villa Esplanade on Scarborough’s South Cliff to 27 luxury apartments.
The design process involved sensitive and historic led design solutions and incorporating original features within the building contrasting with the modern and contemporary feel to the residential apartments.
